Solventis announced on 1 June 2017 that it has signed a contract with HCS Groups (HCS) for the purchase of its Haltermann Carless (HC) Fluids business.
​Solventis announced on 1 June 2017 that it has signed a contract with HCS Groups (HCS) for the purchase of its Haltermann Carless (HC) Fluids business, transferring all assets and employees to Solventis.
The business comprises a comprehensive product range of high quality products for automotive applications such as automotive coolants, brake fluids and screen washes.
“We are excited to acquire the HC Fluids business from the HCS Group as it is an excellent fit to our existing portfolio”, says David Lubbock, CEO and owner of Solventis and concludes, “This acquisition will make Solventis a key producer of aftermarket Automotive fluids in Europe.”
